Forge
From a raw idea to a scoped, priced build — guided by an AI agent.
Forge turns a conversation into versioned business plans and pitch decks, routes them through a real review and negotiation, and ends in a locked plan with a live build board.

Talk the idea out
You open an idea and talk to the Forge agent in plain English, Dutch or German. The agent knows the platform; you never have to.
- Responses stream live, and a session can pause and resume across days
- The agent works from a versioned knowledge snapshot of the whole platform
- It declares the conversation complete against an explicit checklist — not a feeling

Documents on demand
When the conversation is complete, Forge generates a structured business plan and pitch deck as real documents.
- Business plan and pitch deck generated as versioned files
- Comments drive the next version — nothing is edited in place, nothing overwritten
- Every version is preserved for the record

Submit, negotiate, agree
A submission is a structured form — deadline, budget range, must-haves, deal-breakers — and it opens a recorded review loop with the platform team.
- Clarifying questions and counter-proposals, round by round, all auditable
- Both sides must explicitly accept before anything locks
- Document versions are snapshotted immutably at submission
A locked plan and a live board
Acceptance locks the plan. The build is planned in phases you can watch move.
- The agreed plan becomes immutable, archived as a snapshot
- A phase plan is generated and worked Planned → In progress → Completed
- After lock, every scope change is a new mini-proposal with its own price, approval and invoice

Tutorials on delivery
When the build is delivered, Forge writes the handover.
- A generated tutorial pack from the full project history
- Readable inside Forge, in more than one format
- An in-tutorial chat that answers questions from the project's own context
What every module inherits.
- Installs from the marketplace with no redeploy — the menu and the permission list update immediately.
- Creates its own tables, in its own schema, inside that customer's database.
- Packages are cryptographically signed when they are built, and the signature is checked before the host unpacks one.
- Uninstall switches a module off and keeps its data. Dropping the tables is a separate, deliberate choice.
