    A rental back office for Dutch landlords with one to ten homes and the agencies that manage them. Leases, monthly rent charges, repairs, energy labels and a renter portal live in one place.

    OnzeRit

    Dutch carriers post time-boxed transport work, identity-verified drivers signal when they can do it, and a rules-based score from 0 to 100 ranks them. Both sides can sign a contract in the app and rate each other afterwards.

    • Carriers post deployments with their own window, rate and cancellation terms
    • Only drivers whose identity a person has approved can be matched
    • Carriers pay a flat subscription, drivers use it free, and OnzeRit takes no cut of the rate

    Related party: OnzeRit is not an arm's-length customer. Three of its four shareholders are on our own team, and two more of us advise it without equity. This is our own product, not a sale we won. It has not launched yet.
