What people build on CleverInit.
Five shapes we have delivered before. Each is the same foundation plus a different set of modules — and the part that makes you different is the part you build.
Every one of these starts here.
Before a single module goes in, this is already built, tested and running. It is the year of work nobody wants to pay for twice.
- A private workspace per client
- Sign-in, roles and permissions
- Append-only audit trail
- Billing and subscriptions
- Any language you need, managed by you
Use cases
Investment & crowdfunding
A regulated investment or crowdfunding portal
Investors sign up, are verified, commit to an offering and are paid through a licensed institution — with every step on the record.
What you build
Your offering rules, your investor communications, and whatever your regulator asks of you specifically. The identity, money and audit plumbing underneath is already there.
We have built this shape
Live platforms in the Netherlands and Germany run on these rails today, and our team engineered the crowdfunding infrastructure behind an established Dutch SME-financing platform.
Modules that make it
- CrowdfundingFunding campaigns end to end, from small raises to large real-estate offerings.
- KYC / KYBVerify people and businesses through Sumsub or Persona before they can act.
- PSP providersOPP, Mangopay, Lemonway or Adyen — on your own licensed account, not ours.
- CustomersOne shared directory of the people and companies behind every commitment.
- InvoicingBranded PDFs from draft to paid, and formal credit notes for refunds.
Lending & SME finance
An SME lending or financing platform
Applications arrive structured and scored, the file is verified, and the money and the paperwork move on the same rails.
What you build
Your credit policy, your scoring model and your decision rules. Those are your business — everything around them is not.
We have built this shape
The Dutch SME-financing market is where our team's crowdfunding and investor-onboarding work was built and delivered.
Modules that make it
- Survey formsApplication forms and scored assessments that gate the next step on the result.
- KYC / KYBVerify the business and the people behind it before a file progresses.
- CustomersApplicants, companies and their whole history in one record, with dated notes.
- CRMApplications as deals in a pipeline, with reporting on what is stuck and where.
- PaymentsStripe, PayPal and Mollie side by side, with separate permissions for moving money.
Logistics & operations
A logistics or field-operations marketplace
Two sides that have to trust each other, credentials that have to be real, and a paper trail that has to survive an audit.
What you build
Your matching, your routing and your pricing — the logic that makes your marketplace worth using rather than the one next to it.
We have built this shape
OnzeRit, a Dutch driver-and-transport marketplace, is built on exactly this set as a private module owned by its own tenant. It is our own product and it has not launched — we say so on the work page.
Modules that make it
- CustomersBoth sides of the marketplace in one directory, with tags and duplicate merge.
- KYC / KYBVerify companies and the individuals acting for them before they can trade.
- Survey formsOnboarding checks and compliance questionnaires, scored and gating.
- ChatLive messaging between the two sides, with message bodies encrypted.
- InvoicingBranded invoices and credit notes, from draft to paid.
B2B subscription SaaS
A multi-tenant SaaS product of your own
Each of your customers gets a workspace of their own, on a plan of their own, billed automatically — the year of work that stands between an idea and a product.
What you build
Your actual product. All of it. This blueprint exists so that is the only thing you are building.
Modules that make it
- SubscriptionsPlans you control, with grace periods, user limits and a self-service billing portal.
- PaymentsYour own Stripe, PayPal or Mollie account — the money lands with you.
- InvoicingBranded PDFs attached to the email, and formal credit notes for refunds.
- CustomersOne shared book of the people and companies using your product.
- ChatSupport conversations in-product, with an AI responder trained on your own content.
Client & deal management
A client platform for a high-value, low-volume business
Long sales cycles, large tickets, and clients who expect a portal — property development, professional services, capital projects.
What you build
The stages, documents and approvals your sector runs on. The client-facing shell around them already exists.
We have built this shape
Bosseini & CIG Holding, a Canadian group developing entire residential communities, runs a client-management platform our team built on this shape.
Modules that make it
- CRMContacts, companies and deals in pipelines, with campaigns, meetings and reports.
- CustomersOne record per client, with dated notes and duplicate merge.
- Survey formsIntake forms and structured questionnaires your team stops re-typing.
- InvoicingStaged invoices and credit notes against each deal.
- ChatA direct line to each client, inside their own workspace.
None of these is a template you install.
There is no button that builds you a crowdfunding portal. A blueprint is the module set we would start you on, and the shortest honest route to the thing you are actually building — we walk it with you in the first call.
