The questions buyers actually ask.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
€290 a month for Launch and €690 for Business, with every standard module included in both. Dedicated starts at €3.500 a month and puts the platform on infrastructure you control. The Platform tier is scoped per deal, because it is an ownership transaction rather than a subscription. A module built only for you starts at €25.000.
See the full pricingCan we try it before committing?
Yes, and you do not need a free month to do it. You subscribe from the first month, and for the first three you can stop and get every euro back — no reason required, no conditions attached.
We charge from day one deliberately. An account nobody has paid for is an account nobody puts real work into, and an evaluation nobody worked on tells you nothing about whether the platform fits. So the risk moves to us instead.
Registration is self-serve: you create the platform, we switch the account on, and it is provisioned with a database of its own. Install any standard module you want — they are all included in the plan price.

It is your data, in a database of its own. An account created through signup gets a dedicated database, and each module you install keeps its tables in their own schema inside it.
If your security policy says that database belongs on your own server, it can live there — we point your tenant at your infrastructure rather than ours.
Either way the connection string is encrypted before it is stored, and never held in plain text. We keep it running, and we do not use your data for anything else.
Where is our data hosted?
On servers in the Netherlands, hosted by TransIP. The databases run with SQL Server Transparent Data Encryption, so the data files and backups are encrypted on disk.
Two things we use are outside the EU: the provider that delivers our email, and the one that sends SMS one-time codes. The privacy policy names each one and what it receives.

Every serious infrastructure buyer asks this, and reassurance is not an answer. Four things about your position are structural, and none of them depends on us.
Your data is a file you can hold: where an account has its own database, we export a complete copy on request as a standard SQL Server .bacpac. The stack underneath is deliberately ordinary — .NET, SQL Server and Angular — so any competent development team can pick it up.
From the Dedicated tier a copy of the platform's source code sits with an independent escrow agent in the Netherlands, and your escrow agreement sets the release conditions. On Launch and Business we will enter the same arrangement at your request. At the Platform tier the source is simply handed over to you outright.
See how continuity worksCan we get the source code?
Yes, at the Platform tier. It is a negotiated hand-over rather than a download link, and it is the ownership model buyers in regulated sectors tend to ask about.
Can you build something custom for us?
Yes. A module built for you is exclusive to you and contractually never resold, and that module's source code comes with it. It starts at €25.000 and is scoped as a fixed-price project rather than a monthly plan.
What happens if we stop using a module, or leave?
Switching a module off keeps its data. Dropping the tables is a separate, deliberate choice.
Your bill does not change either way. Every standard module is included in the plan price — the figures on the modules page are what a module costs on its own.
How fast can we launch?
On our own modules, quickly: registration is self-serve and setting up is configuration rather than construction — create the tenant, install the modules you want, apply your branding, invite your people.
What takes time is a module that does not exist yet. Something built only for you, or a change to one of ours that goes past configuration, is a real build with its own timeline, and we scope it with you before it starts.
Which languages do you support?
As many as you like — the three that ship are a starting point, not a limit. Every tenant gets a language manager: add a language, set which one is the default, and choose whether it reads left-to-right or right-to-left.
Then edit any text in the interface, including the keys that arrived with the modules you installed. Search for a phrase, change the one line you disagree with, and reset it later if you change your mind. Your wording overrides ours at runtime, and your users pick the language up in the switcher.
English, Dutch and German come with the panel.
How secure is it?
A separate database for accounts created through signup, permission-gated endpoints checked at the HTTP boundary, access tokens that expire in 15 minutes, optional one-time codes, and an append-only record of changes to the platform's own tables.
The longer answer is on the security page, and it lists what we do not have as well as what we do — no independent penetration test, and no automated dependency scanning in our build pipeline.
