How we're funded, and who we answer to.
No outside investors. We answer to customers, not a board.
The founders are based in the Netherlands, and we build for startups, scale-ups and small and mid-sized companies. There is no layer between you and them.
The company itself is new: Clever Initiative B.V. is being registered in the Netherlands in 2026.
At the top tier the platform's source code is handed over with it — so what you depend on does not have to depend on us.
