Three months, or your money back.
You pay from the first month, because an account nobody has paid for is an account nobody uses properly. In exchange the risk is ours: tell us within three months that you want to stop, and we refund every euro you have paid, in full, without asking why.
Applies to Launch and Business. A custom build is a fixed-scope project and is not covered.

Every plan is fully managed. You are not provisioning servers, patching them, or carrying a DevOps hire to keep the lights on.
- We operate the infrastructure
- We host the platform, ship updates and apply security patches. Your team works in the product rather than on it.
- Hosted in the Netherlands
- The platform's servers are in the Netherlands, hosted by TransIP. The databases run with SQL Server Transparent Data Encryption, so the files are encrypted on disk.
- A database of your own
- An account created through signup gets its own database, and each module you install keeps its tables in their own schema inside it.
- Or your own server, from Dedicated
- If your security policy says that database belongs on your infrastructure, it lives there — we point your tenant at your server rather than ours.
Two things we use sit outside the EU: the provider that delivers our email, and the one that sends SMS one-time codes. The privacy policy names each one and exactly what it receives. Read the privacy policy

Every serious infrastructure purchase asks it, and reassurance is not an answer. These four are structural — they hold whatever happens to us.
Your data is a file you can hold
Where an account has its own database, we export a complete copy of it on request as a standard SQL Server .bacpac. It is not a proprietary format, and opening it does not need us.
The stack is deliberately ordinary
.NET, SQL Server and Angular — the most widely staffed enterprise stack there is. We chose nothing exotic, and that was the point.
Source-code escrow, in the contract
Included from the Dedicated tier: a copy of the platform's source code sits with an independent escrow agent in the Netherlands, and your escrow agreement sets the release conditions. On Launch and Business we will enter the same arrangement at your request.
Or own the source outright
At the Platform tier the platform's source code is handed over with it — so what you depend on does not have to depend on us.
