Our team has been building together for ten years and delivering together for seven — investment platforms, crowdfunding rails, a national token sale, trading systems and a logistics marketplace, across Europe, the Middle East and North America. The people and the architecture are the ones you would work with here.
CleverInit is where that work ended up. Three years ago we took it apart and rebuilt it as modules on one foundation. A Dutch fintech runs its own platform on it today and resells it under its own brand.

Fininly is the clearest proof the model works. It runs on CleverInit under an enterprise engagement, holds the complete source code, and resells the platform under its own brand to its own clients.
Our founder led the technical delivery. We say that openly, because it is the kind of thing a buyer finds out anyway, and it is not a secret worth keeping.

OnzeRit is a driver-and-transport marketplace for the Dutch market, running on CleverInit as a private module owned by its own tenant — nobody else can install it.
We say this one plainly: OnzeRit is not an arm's-length customer. Three of its four shareholders are on our own team, and two more of us advise it without equity. This is our own product, not a sale we won.
We include it anyway, because it proves two things you can check: that the exclusive-module model works exactly as we sell it, and that the platform carries a real regulated product well outside fintech — self-employment compliance, verifiable driver credentials, and load and route optimisation. It has not launched yet.
